What to include

A few details help us answer you on the first reply:

• What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
• The exact words Icon Mosaic showed, if there was a message. A screenshot is perfect: press Shift ⌘ 4 on your Mac and drag over the window.
• Your Mac’s macOS version and your iPhone’s iOS version. On your Mac, choose About This Mac from the Apple menu. On your iPhone, open Settings, then General, then About.
• For a license question, the email address you bought with. Never send us your card details.

For a refund

Reply to your receipt within 30 days of buying, and we will refund you. See licenses and refunds for the details.
